Library

The Library is the school’s physical and digital resource center. It was developed as the heart of the school, that is, the linchpin of the intellectual development of a community that seeks personal excellence. Its main purpose is to generate the curiosity and intellectual motivation typical of a lifelong learner. It has four basic objectives:

• To develop research and information literacy skills, promoting critical thinking and the independent, organized, honest and responsible use of resources, fostering an enriching environment that is conducive to work, study and reading.
• To establish itself as a center of cultural advancement where pleasure and critical reading are promoted, artistic expressions are shared and relationships and connections with the outside world are established.
• To support the school’s educational project, offering the resources to develop its mission.
• To incorporate technology as a resource for access to knowledge, promoting its appropriate use as a learning tool.
